Cyril Berdugo is a Managing Partner at Berd Industries and a co-founder at real estate tech company Landis. Prior to Berd and Landis, Cyril was a Director at Crown Acquisitions, one of the largest retail and office real estate investment firms in the US, where he was responsible for acquisitions, refinancings, dispositions and asset management. Before joining Crown, Cyril worked at Houlihan Lokey where he advised companies on M&A, equity and debt capital markets, and restructuring transactions across all industries. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Cyril worked in Credit Trading at Citigroup. Throughout his career, Cyril has completed over $10 billion in transactions. Cyril is an advisor to several early-stage companies and a director at TP NYC, a real estate investment firm. He is a graduate of Emory University and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Philippe Berdugo is a Managing Partner at Berd Industries. In conjuction with Berd, Philippe is also the co-founder and CEO of Wellbots, the largest online retailer dedicated to IoT and smart products. Prior to founding Wellbots, Philippe was at Triago Americas where he was responsible for fundraising, secondary market transactions and strategic solutions for general partners and limited partners in the private equity industry. Prior to joining Triago, Philippe was on the investment team at AXA Investment Managers, in Sales & Trading at Societe Generale and the founder of a public equities fund in partnership with Societe Generale. Philippe is an advisor to several technology and consumer companies and a director at TP NYC, a real estate investment firm. He is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and the Tuck School of Business at Darmouth College.
